   When are your cooking classes? Couldn’t find on website.
   I love my egg but need to learn more about how to enjoy it.

     Hi Renay,
     here is the class schedule so far:

     Sorry it was so confusing. Our classes are once a month on designated Sunday evenings in our “backyard” at our store in Fair Oaks Village from 4:30pm to about 7:30 pm.

     The next class is Santa Maria Tri-tip on Sunday, May 19.
